My mortgage was sold from - - to Fifth Third Bank. I received a notice from - - but have not receive any communication from Fifth Third Bank. Even though I received no new notifications, I contacted the bank because my home insurance and tax payments were in Escrow. After contacting the bank 5+ times I still have received no notifications or bill for payments. They also have not paid my home insurance and presumably my taxes from my Escrow account. They instead told me that the Escrow was still with - -, which of course was untrue. I 've taken three trips into the new bank to get the information set up, each time being assured that it was fixed. However according to my insurance agency they still have n't received the information from the new mortgage owners.
