Using the - credit reporting agencies, I have opted out of credit card offers that are sent through the mail. Despite me opting out, CapitalOne keeps mailing me credit card offers. These offers do not include any instructions or other relevant information for me to opt out of their nonsense. I opted out in the first place due to fears of someone fraudulently opening a credit card with my identity. This concern is especially real, as I was apart of the - - and - fiascos a few years back. Please help.
