JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have or had - Chase credit cards -/-/- a master card and visa card that was sold to - collection company. I went to court in -/-/- and again in -/-/- for both. The attorney did say he will dismiss the accounts that day. And they still put both into judgement even though I did appear in the courthouse. Since then I received from Chase a letter for the Master card saying they discharged it and I filed my tax papers for it, that was in -/-/-. My Visa card is still showing a judgement and was sold to another collection company as of this year. No letter from - about them selling the visa account. As of yesterday I received a letter from Chase Master Card advising me about collections Litigations and that they will no longer collect on the account. Why did they not included the Visa account as part of the ro-bo collections of the time in question? I am still not gainful employed do to being a caretaker to both parents since that same time. Please advise me as to my next step. Or my next step will have to be chapter -.
