- - bank reported an erroneous IRS Form -, cancellation of partial amount of $6100.00 as my private student loan. - - of IRS claimed that I owe an amount of $2300.00 because of this cancellation. I have written explanation to IRS, I sent the - bank receipts and all my payment but - - do not pay attention. She Advised me to submit to - TA- Court. Since, I am an apprentice in my job, I fear losing my job by attending to a court case. My wife is not working, and I do not have any other resources to pay our family bills. I believe IRS and - - are unfair of putting me into this kind of predicament since, I am religiously and consistently paying my private student loan. How could a bank file a cancellation of loan, and not informing the borrower himself, and even the co-signor my mother, - -, did not get any copy of the said cancellation of $6100.00, my private student loan. - Chase bank has close their business of student loan, they transferred the servicing to - since, - - AES could not produced any evidence of cancellation. - - branch,
-, is $20000.00, the loan total was $20000.00. I believe the employee of - Chase Bank was not accurately recording my payment. Most payment was recorded under -, there were very few payment recorded in -, and all other payments were recorded in -, and some payments were recorded under account # -, and some were in account # - I suspect that the reason - - filed a cancellation, and pick - because there were only few payments reflected in this account number. It was the employee of - Chase Bank who recorded my payment wherever she/he wish and whenever is convenient. A fact that I am stating here is, I have been constantly, religiously and perpetually paying my - Student loan, how could - bring me to an insurmountable problem with IRS. The IRS has been sending me a lot of threatening letters even if it has been pointed out, that their audit is an error or a mistake. - - of IRS - - - - -. - UT - at telephone number ( - ) -, is just advising us to submit ourselves to U.S. Tax Court, even if she already received all my supporting documents and evidences about - '' inches think of documents to convince her that her audit is in error. Her audit does not specify that this concerns is about my private student loan, and not just a normal ordinary amount of income. This is not an ordinary undeclared income for tax year -/-/-, but a private student loan. Please help me I believe that your office is the most credible and prestigious organization who could help me and my family solve this unsurmountable problem with Internal Revenue Service. I was paying my private student on time, a complete amount due every month, and on the due date. Thank you for help.
