I - - -, continue to be harassed by phone and email concerning my school loan. The call my home early in the morning and late in the evenings, repeatedly, causing me to change my number. My mother, - -, is being harassed also via phone and email on her job causing problems, which she plans to report to her agency 's police department. On - -, -, I paid $150.00 by credit card to - of Navient, for a 3 month forbearance because I am having a hard time finding a full-time job and receiving public assistance for health insurance. I did n't have the $150.00 to pay for the forbearance but Navient would only do it if I pay. The confirmation number for the transaction is -. My next scheduled payment was not due until -/-/-. I and my mother have been continuously harassed for payment since then. On - -, -, ( - - est ) my mother spoke to a - ( ID # - ) of Navient and made him aware of my forbearance state in order to remind them and make them stop calling and emailing me. He had called my mother at work, again, that day to harass her. He said the harassment would stop but it never did. I am planning to file harassment charges with the police or other government agency if this does not stop. I would like for you to make them stop harassing me, clear my record in their records because I have not missed any payments, never contact my mother 's job again, and work with me to stall payments until I get a job or reduce the payments.
