I was selling to a Broker the house. I was behind in payments because of unemployment and rather sell than have property repossess. The Title company paid - early ( as agreed ) the full amount of the debt. The check was received - -, ( the title company had until - - to pay and get the property ). Now on the - of - - sold my account to Caliber Home Loans. In - I received a letter that I owe - cents plus $1000.00 on interest on a 30 yrs. mortgage. The - cents were " sold '' by -? Now the check was processed by - on the - eventhough the " property and loan had been sold to sister company Caliber H L a day before. My debt is going up exponentially. What can I do?
