I did file a complaint in - with your office. It was registered as - number : -. The response from the bank was not satisfactory, but life is too short to fight for one 's right. I paid for the late payment charges on my credit cards due to account closure and took necessary steps to be able to pay future bills. If Chase wanted to close our account, even on erroneous pretext, so be it. There are many other banks in the US and in the world. But after over 40 years of having our account, our mortgage they erased our account history which was now electronic. They stated in their response to you that they were sending the past five years by USPS. Another twist of thr truth. Three months later it has not arrived and USPS tracking says : " Tracking Number : - Not FOUND ''. How do I find the data to file my taxes? This is just to set the record straight.
