Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Michigan

My Tuition Answer Loans with Navient is behind and they keep calling me and saying that I am in default, they tell me to contact - to resolve this, however they do n't have any idea of why I am calling them at all. Navient is not willing to do anything for me what so ever outside of harassing me to no end. I have requested a income repayment plan they denied it on the bases that I am behind. I have made it very clear to them that due to this I will make payment how I can, they are not happy with this. This makes no sense what so ever, and is not the kind of dealings that should happen what so ever. I simply want ALL my loans in - simple income related payment.. what is so - hard about this.
