Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments New Hampshire

I have been trying to work with Navient about lowering my students loans for months now. I have called and faxed documents to my advocate their with proof that I do not have enough to pay the full amount of the loan but need to lower the payments. They requested my mothers expenses which I provided as well proving we do not have the full amount and can not afford the full payment asking for them to help. They have refused to help me, they denied my claims and said I need to figure out a way to get the money. I was told to get a second job or ask family and friends to help pay my loans. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of NH and I have not got anywhere. I want to pay my loans but I am asking them to reduce the rates but they will not help me out at all. I have done everything they asked but I am at a loss now. I have been threatened, harassed by them several times a day and my mother has also. I need help with this and can not get anywhere with Navient. I have documents to prove/backup everything.
