JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have - credit card accounts. Approx. 8 months ago is first attempted to set up automatic payments for the 28 day of each month and was repeatedly advised the automatic payments had been scheduled for all future months. After many instances on non-payment, I went to the local branch on -/-/2016 and faxed the appropriate form, as instructed when I called to complain, once again. I waited to make sure the fax was sent from the branch to the appropriate department and was, once again, assured I had no need to worry about my future account billings. Yesterday, once gain, Chase did not pay the - cards from my checking account automatically. When I received nonpayment notification, this morning, I called and immediately made the payments for all - of my accounts. Once again, they charged me $37.00 late payment fees on - of the accounts. I 'm entitled a refund of the erroneously charged late fees. And, Chase should be penalized by CFPB, for their inappropriate billing policies!
