I opened a savings account at Chase Bank on -/-/15 with a $1000.00 cash deposit. This money was the security deposit for a rental property. When I asked Chase Bank why I could n't see this account on my online banking I was told they could n't find my savings account. The banker I spoke with made some phone calls and he was told that the account was closed because there was no activity on the account. However, there was no letter mailed to me advising me of this issue.
