In 2007 I - with an - degree. Since then - was purchased by - - and now they too, out of business.. The - location that I went to was sued and found to have given fraudulent placement rates and graduation rates. My private loan listed on Navient is at $49000.00 and not only can I no longer afford this, I do n't feel like I should be paying for a worthless degree and education that I chose based on their lies. The other issue is they have the completely wrong school listed on my loan. They have the - - - -, which I have NEVER attended. A lawyer suggested I reach out to this agency for info and assistance.
