My name is - -, I attended - - - in the - of -. I received federal and private loans through the financial department at school. Basically I had gone through the program and there had been technical issues with an online - class, at that time they were just starting the online classes so there was many technical issues. I lived two hours away from campus and could not afford to attend anymore, also because the - class was a general education course I could just take it at a local - college. I was told that I would not be allowed to do that. During the recruitment I was told outside credits could be transferred in. I 've paid close to $30000.00 and have no degree to show for it. I 'm still paying off the loans because of the fear of - my credit, plus when things were explained I was told all the loans would be similar in interest rate. All the loans were 2-3 % and the - private loan is at 9.5 % I did n't even know an organization like yours existed, if I did I would have made a complaint a long time ago.
