Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Ohio

My uncle passed away in 2009, he was my co-signer of my private loans with - -. At that time when I submitted all the information they informed me that my loans were in default due to the death. Now 7 years later, Navient, is now trying to collect off me once again but my Uncles name is still on their loans and he should n't be. They have harassed me with phone calls at work, previous jobs, family, email, calls to my cell phone and through mail. They are very threatening each way they contact. Plus my original loan that was in default had a way lower interest rate from what they now show. These are crooks and something needs to be done
