Comerica Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Pennsylvania

My entire wallet was stolen in - 2015 and many of my credit cards were used. One of them was my child support credit card, -, which they used $550.00. I have sent all the requested information, police report and they are saying the status is " fair hearing '' which means they can take as long as they want to resolve matter. I provided the company with all the requested information and there is no reason they should be holding my monies.
