My original loan was with - - at the time of the loan it was being paid to them as scheduled we sent them a lump sum and they assigned monies throughout - loans that instead of paying off the loan the was requested. It was then sold the Navient and for months and months we receive bills that said - amount due. we were then notify that we were in default and started negotiating with them in - - we had trouble doing so so we had to involve another party since then they have reported me to the credit bureau you several times which to me is unfair is that I feel is I am under negotiation and I am not getting through to the right department to finalize.
