JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

I was " sold '' a Chase Slate card with a fixed 8.99 % for life interest rate for purchased and balance transfers - as long as I made at least the minimum payment on time every month. They recently ( - - ) raised my rate by .25 %, and claim my account was changed to a " variable '' account sometime back in -. I did not receive any such notice.
