I have a private loan with Navient. They are continuously harassing me to make payment on my account even though I tell them I am having financial difficulties. I pay what I can, but they call continuously through the day, more than - times a day! This is harassment! My parents are my cosigners and are in their late - 's and are constantly being harassed as well. I make my payments they are late sometimes maybe at the most 7-14 days late, but I always pay up my past dues. There has to be a better way to have Navients workers give better options with repayment, not just telling us the only way to defer is to go back to school and or to lower my payments. I have read many reviews about Navient and they are all the same complaints, harassing phone calls, Bad customer service, and no way to better help the student with better options for repayment. I feel moore than 3 times a day calling is harassing. I am looking at seeking legal council regarding this matter.
