Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Illinois

I co-signed on a student loan for my grandaughter in - at - University.I have been paying this loan since then. I have paid this for twelve years and they are only saying ive paid $53.00. They state they charge interest by the day which i surely dont recall being in the contract i signed. Ive paid off - cars brand new in this time so that should tell you something. This loane should have been paid off, my credit report even says it was closed and here it comes again. Im a senior citizen i can not even retire with this hanging over my head. Ive called - of times no one can answer questions they transfer you or hang up on you! Sallie mae sold their accounts to navient and when you they transfer you back and forth between companies. The last call was made -/-/- i spoke with -, - and - who just kept transfering they are incapable of answering questions or maybe theyre trained that way. At this point i feel they owe me money because ive over paid.
