I have been sending " overage '' payments above my monthly financed contract to Kia Motors Finance USA. I have written them several times to indicate how my payments should be applied and requested that all payment amounts above my monthly finance statement should be applied to Principal Balance Only. I asked this company to confirm my request, and they continue to send me the same thing instead of confirming that my payments will be applied as instructed. In addition, they are reducing my next scheduled payment amount and using my over-payment to apply to future interest instead of as instructed.
