to be increased as the lease promotion required $3900.00 down so the price reflected the increased amount. He also advised that our taxes were rolled into the deal. Our contract had all of the charges in - total, and as we were n't provided a copy to look at before signing as required by TILA, we were rushed through all of the documents. When he got to the service contracts, we questioned why they were included and - stated that they were already added on to the car and were n't negotiable. He then told us the arbitration agreement was mandatory. After we signed all the documents, - then requested our form of payment for the first month 's payment, after we had been told there would be no money down. We paid the first month payment because we did n't feel we had a choice, and we took possession of the vehicles. That evening we looked through our paperwork only to realize that not only were the service contracts not mandatory, necessary, nor included in the sales price, we also were n't provided with the entire agreement ( s ) so that we could cancel them. They were n't itemized on the purchase contract in boxes - or - as required, and - had increased the price of the car. Our money factor was also increased significantly, almost doubling our monthly payment. I called - the following morning to which he stated he would refund our first month 's payment, otherwise there was nothing he could do. We contacted our sales rep several times advising him of our frustration with - deceit and he tried to help but was n't able to get it done. We were also pressured into completing the sales survey by giving exemplary ratings. We sent a demand letter to the GM demanding we be refunded for what we were overcharged. We were told the dealership had been sold and advised to call -. As of -, we have not heard from anyone, I called and spoke with - - of - who stated she didnt know when they would address our concern and then hung up on me. We have proof of all advertisements and sent this information directly to -.
