I have to call monthly to have my loans placed in a status of in school deferment. This organization does every thing possible to attempt to collect even false statements. It is difficult enough to complete classes without having to worry about an organization looking for a way to extort funds from students, they will add fees to this when it should be in deferment, lying stating that the school shows me to have withdrawn, and any other method I am sure I have n't seen yet. if this is happening to me then I know it is happening to thousands of others. Their authorization for this service should be removed for service of any student loans.
