Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Virginia

I have a loan through - - which is now being handled by Navient. I was on a payment plan for a while, but then they said that I could no longer be on that plan. I have talked to several representatives, and always get a different answer. Currently, I am experiencing some financial hardship and can not pay the amount that they have billed me for. I have asked about setting up a plan that would be conducive to my current situation. I have been told that is n't an option, and now they are harassing not only me and my Grandfather ( who is my cosigner ) but other family members and friends as well. We have let them know that my Grandfather is retired and does n't have the income coming in to be able to help. Therefore, I have to handle the balance on my own. They call my Grandfather almost everyday and have resorted to now calling some of his friends from Church.
