Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease

Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Pennsylvania

In - - I leased a - Nissan Rouge for a term of 39 months. I returned the vehicle in - - with - miles under the allowed amount of - miles, and the vehicle passed the end of lease inspection without any damage. The vehicle has since been sold by the dealer - Nissan as it was in excellent condition and had very low miles, -, so - Nissan has made a very significant profit on this lease, as well as Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, -. - -. -, Texas -. Recently I received an Invoice for a Disposition Fee plus Disposition Fee Tax for a total of $430.00 because I chose not to lease a new Nissan or utilize the option to buy the car I leased. After examining the Lease Agreement I found no mention whatsoever of a Disposition Fee anywhere in the paperwork. If I had seen such on the lease agreement I would not have leased the vehicle in the first place. For this reason I 'm asking you to contact Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation and have this unacceptable fee waived due to non disclosure.
