Dear sir or madam, I am writing this complaint in regard to my lender, Navient. I have been attempting to contact Navient for the last couple of weeks regarding my monthly payments - specifically, potentially lowering my monthly payments since I am not only unemployed, but my payment amount has gone up with no explanation ( it is now $500.00 when it was about $480.00 only a couple months ago ). I have emailed Navient twice ( - - and - - of this year ) with the promise that my account would be reviewed and that I would receive a response shortly. I have not gotten a response to either email, and I think that more than two weeks should be enough time to be at least acknowledged by a live person from Navient. I submitted a complaint here about Navient in 2015 and I have filled out the financial information sheet that was emailed to me by a - - - - ; I attempted to email the completed form to - -, but when I sent the email, I immediately received an


them via the postal system. Navient simply told me they had already sent me this documentation, but I never received it. The primary concern I would like to address is the monthly payments and trying to negotiate a lower amount that I can afford each month. Of course, I will alert Navient if, at any time in the future, I am able to afford to pay a higher amount. The secondary concern I would like to discuss is Navient providing me with proof that the debt in my name is, in fact, valid. Thank you very much for your time. Best, - -
