Discover Credit card department,
I have had a Discover card since 1983. I have had to use this card in the past three years for various purchases. I noticed that even making my payments on time and paying just over the minimum, my balance did not seem to go down! At one point I had done a balance transfer to this card only to find out that one month my interest charge was more than my payment!! I cut up my card and sent it back to them. After several attempts to try and get my interest lowered, they wo n't even budge. Now, after making my payment, less than $10.00 goes to the principal and my minimum payment keeps increasing!!!! I am never going to get this paid and it now has caused me financial issues.
