I have a Chase savings account which has not been active for a while. Chase sent me a letter on -/-/2016 to inform me that they will put safeguard measures on the account in 2 month. When I called the - number on the letter on -/-/2016, the online rep told me the account does not show on his desktop 's pull-down manual. If I want to do anything to the account I need to go to a branch. I opened the account when I was living in -, but I have moved to -, as reflected on their record. I can not make a trip immediately. Chase 's notification is misleading.
