Sallie Mae Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged New Mexico

My private student loan ( Sallie Mae ) is at 12.75 % yet on the web site they offer student loans from 2.5 % to 9.59 % i have called numerous times to try and get my student loan interest rate reduced so that i can afford making the payments each month.
