I was initially set up on a progam where funds were auto drafted monthly. I noticed they funds were n't being deducted I reached out to customer service who assured me I was still in good standing. The following month is was the same situation I once again called a - - representative who informed me everything was still in good standing and not to woy they would notify me when the program ran out so I could call back and requalify. No my student loans are ove $800.00 dollars behind. I have - - - on several occasions to set up a payment arrangement to bring everything current. None of reps were willing to help There only option was to pay it all then I could set up a payment arrangement. It waslike my prior - calls had gone in vein. Based on my current income and and the amount of debt I 'm currently in I was asking for the lowest payment possible never neglecting the fact I owed them but wanted a lower payment. I even had - rep to tell me borrow the money from someone to make the payment. Some type of customer service - - has. I wish I would 've never taken out a student loan with - - because they refuse to help you when you actually call they to set up payment arrangements and then all they do is harass you.
