I wish be part of the Ally settlement which ended on -/-/15. I contacted the settlement administrator at ( - ) via email at ( -- ) and informed them that I just learned about the settlement and never received a package because I moved from the addresses it would have been mailed to. They told me there was nothing they could do and I think this is unfair and should be reconsidered based on my circumstances. My husband and I had several loans with Ally and wish to be compensated. I have written proof my - loans with Ally and they will be attached to this complaint.
