Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan New York

I have multiple private student loans with Navient. I have been in numerous agreements on monthly payment plans. I was threatened that if I did not make a settlement payment I would face legal actions as would my co signers. I examined that financially j could not make such a payment and they continued to harass me, my employer, my husbands employer, my Mother in law, even my next door neighbor. I finally had to borrow the money and paid them $8000.00 down. I requested a receipt and explaination as to how this payment was being allocated and the new payment plan l. I never received anything o asked for and then they continued to harass me and asking me for another large settlements. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I have no problem making realistic monthly payments. Then sometimes they withdraw 2 times for same payment and do not reimburse me. This is out of control and does not seem to be legal! I need it to end
