My car is financed with Chase, I bought the car on -/-/14 and my first payment was made on -/-/14. I went into - - - - - to open a secured loan and credit card in an attempt to rebuild my credit, the Manager told me the car was not on my credit report and advised me to go contact them to get them to report the car, I went into the - Branch - and they called the credit department with auto and I spoke to someone and he assured me it would be taken care of in no later than 6 weeks, I called after the new year to check on the status and spoke to - - - ext - went thru the whole story to explain, she told me the problem was with - and I was to call them and get it put on the credit report, she gave me all - reporting agencies phone numbers, I called - - and was told it they could n't do anything about it, it was Chase 's responsibility to put on my credit report and they were the only - that could. I called Chase back


So now I requested her manager and was told - - would be calling me, I waited 2 days and no one called me. So I went into the Chase branch at - - -, -, La. - and spoke to - - ( branch manager ) AND explained again she called credit department and after several departments she had to speak with we got - - on the phone the same person that never called me, she said there was something defective with getting it reported to - -, and said Chase decided to pull the remaining agencies. I requested all - to be reinstated and she said it would not because I had requested the Corp Office address of Chase and I could call them.I did tell - that I have never heard of this happening and asked for the - address to report it to and FTC and the Consumer protection agency, due to I pay my loan on time every month and can prove it, I feel as a consumer my rights are being denied.I am a single person trying to rebuild my credit from Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. I am in the process of opening a new business and this is very important to my credit score. This car was bought after the Bankruptcy.
