JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
- Please take a look at this link above. I have been a customer of Chase for over 15 years and never had any issues with the company until now as well as never a late payment. They placed a 30 day late on my account ending in - which I was not responsible for in this situation. I have never had a late payment on any revolving credit card account in my life at - years old. How can Chase not recognize that I have been a great customer and that they made a mistake here. It seems from consumer affairs there is a real problem here. Please remove the 30 late and do something right with integrity.
