On -/-/-, I had received a phone call from a Navient Representative. .... He stated that my loan was late, since my automatic payment did not go through. He stated my account was not sent to the credit bureau at the time of the call. He stated that, if I paid a one month payment, and paid $1.00 towards reinstating my IBR, along with just - automatic payment deduction for the following month, then my account will be brought current and I will be in good standing. .... This was verified based on a phone conversation I had with Navient 's supervisor - - # - in - -. The supervisor also stated my account still shows I was only 58 days late on -/-/-. He also stated he could not provide the rep 's employee # because he was let go. I had then spoken with Navient 's Manager, - - on -/-/-, and he advised me to make a request that my ombudsman dispute be reopened. .... All I am asking is for the voice recording on -/-/-, be made transparent in a written transcript to verify what I am saying is true. .... Upon confirming my statement as being true, then I am motioning Navient to remove the 60 day late credit reporting on all three of my private loan accounts on -. I am requesting Navient take ownership and liability for falsely or by misinforming me of inaccurate information as stated above. As I 've stated repeatedly, I work - and my brother who is my co-signer, -. The public stakes their lives on the quality and integrity of our work. I am requesting the same integrity from Navient. The harmful outcome of the false statements by the Navient rep has destroyed our relationship. Please make transparent a copy of the voice recording or a written transcript of the voice conversation to the ombudsman office and myself. Please accept responsibility and remove the negative reporting. I am asking Navient to do what is right.
