Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Nebraska

I use - to assist me with the mess that is my credit report. There are things listed on my credit report that I do not have any knowledge of. I have asked that these items be removed. Transunion was asked to investigate and remove all credit report lines, specifically this credit report line : Agency : - - Report Date Removed : -/-/- Original Creditor : - - - - - Owed : $2700.00 Bureau : Transunion What happened next is baffling. The same day that it was removed, IT WAS ADDED BACK, as a completely different collection. It now looks like : Agency : - - Report Date Removed : -/-/- Original Creditor : - - - - - Amount Owed : $2700.00 Bureau : Transunion The Consumer Protection Bureau should be concerned that this kind of behavior is being exhibited not only by the credit bureau but by this Collection Agency. The opened date now shows -/-/-. The original open date was nearly 6 years ago. This item should not even be on here, as I do not have any knowledge of this debt. They have no proof of validation and when requested they could not provide ME with that information. Simply sending me a bill does NOT validate a debt. They can not provide physical evidence that the debt is warranted. Transunion made a very big mistake in reporting this debt as they did as a different creditor name and under a different collection agency, the exact same day it was removed as not being valid. Shameful. Can you imagine being - - and having - - transfer this debt to them and they knew that it could n't be validated because I started disputes pertaining to the debt in -/-/-? That 's criminal.
