Navient misled me and my family into a payment plan to prevent any negative credit reporting but then they reported all of us to the credit reporting agencies. The Navient representative told me that I only needed to make the - qualifying payments to prevent any negative reporting on my credit and to bring my account current. This conversation was on a recorded line. Furthermore, I am ran into technical problems paying them in - ( I used the same bank account for 13 years but they said it was my fault ). Here are my last - payments.
- - No one knows why they charged me. - - No one knows why they charged me. And somehow they are demanding $1300.00 this month? Plus, they refuse to remove the negative report on my credit. Can someone please help?
