Incorrect information on credit report Account status Washington
I filed a dispute with TrasnUnion contesting the fact that when I contacted the agency - - -, they were unable to provide a financial statement spelling out how much I owe, the terms of payment, etc. I attempted to call directly the timeshare company, which is NOT the agency reporting, and was transferred to another collection agency, a different timeshare agency etc. Still nothing in writing explaining the reporting on only TransUnion account. I was told by TransUnion they are satisfied with - 's electronic response of " the information is correct '' and they are satisfied closing the dispute. Am I not entitled to receive written information from the agency filing against me? There was no reporting since -/-/-, and then -/-/- states 120 days past due.
