I recently decided to let my granddaughter buy my car. She paid it off through the finance company on -/-/15. It has been over a month and we still have n't received the lien termination letter or the title for the car. We have repeatedly contacted the company to let them know that we have n't received the information and they have just mailed it out. It was, supposedly, mailed out to us - times, but we have yet to receive any of that information. I have - of my granddaughters listed on my account as the preferred contact, as she understands all of this more than I do, and they refuse to speak with her. They do demand that they speak with me, when it is listed on my account to have her take care of everything. They are always rude when we talk to them and all of us involved with this are completely frustrated.
