We agreed to a 20 month promotion with which we misunderstood the " no interest '' aspect for an initial total of $10000.00. We made a payment every month of at least the minimum required, including a $5000.00 payment last week. It was the interest charged line item on our last bill of $3700.00 that is the reason for this complaint. It has been over a month and we still have n't received the lien termination letter or the title for the car. We have repeatedly contacted the company to let them know that we have n't received the information and they have just mailed it out.
