I sent the Branch Bank and Trust a payment of - on the - of - 2016. The bank applied - dollars to my loan and put the rest in there little hole. This is the - time that this bank as done this to me. I filled out a complaint before but did not follow thru but I am going to follow this - thru, the bank is stealing money my not applying the full amount to loan and holding it.
