I am a co-signor on my daughter 's student loans with Navient - - -. We have been paying on her loans, on time for over five years. On - -. - my daughter initiated the paperwork require by Navient to have me released as her co-signor. On -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- we mailed and faxed all of the necessary documentation to Navient but received NO response from them. On -/-/- I contacted Navient via telephone and was informed that they never received ANY of the documents I had mailed and faxed multiple times. I as then then given ANOTHER fax number, - - -. Again, we faxed and mailed the necessary paperwork on -/-/- and -/-/-. To date we have received NO response, nothing. The monthly bills have ALWAYS been paid on time. When I try to contact them via telephone I am transferred multiple times, left on hold, and often just disconnected. On the rare occasion that I do speak with someone they report that there are NO notes in the system from the MANY prior phone calls. We are need help getting this cleared up, contacting them is pointless.
