Incorrect information on credit report Account status Georgia
The status of the payment history on my Mortgage account is incorrect. Hi. My issue concerns the lack of accurate and proper reporting of payments on my credit report. I have never been late with my payments. I have actually paid 90 % of them early. This is concerning my Mortgage payment history with a company named - - - - - -. Once again, I have never been late with even a single payment to them. However, - has reported me as being late 9 times and at 180 days late on each -. I have receipts for each and every - of them to prove it too. I am including them. There are no late payments at all what so ever from the time the mortgage was originated in - until right now. Not a single -. These inaccurate and derogatory payment history reports need to be removed and corrected immediately. I have tried to resolve this very simple and
Having - day undeserved late marks on my credit history is absolutely devastating my score, my ability to gain other or build other credit, my ability to create seasoned accounts/length of time, stripping me of the security of having credit cards or gaining access to loans should any kind of life emergency take place and the list goes on. It is also serving to make it even harder to gain access to a decent Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Rate and get away from - too. I am submitting The original Mortgage Docs which clearly state that payments are due on the - of the month and that the payments start on - - -. I am also including the letter of transfer from - stating that all payments made on or after - and on will be made to -. ALL payments have been made on time or early the entire time. I am including copies of the receipts of every last single - of them.One may go through from front to back.back to front or however one would like and will see very easily that all of the payments were made on time or early. Next months Mortgage payment will also be made over 2 weeks early - - - ). This issue has stopped me from moving forward and caused a lot of damage. The time is lost, it can not be fixed. It can never be gotten back. This issue needs to be resolved and reported correctly immediately. I have all of the proof in the world that I have made my payments on time.
