Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Credit card department,
The account has been open since -. It has been in good standing with no issues. Payment has always been made on time, and well over the minimum payment due. In - I traveled the world and did not have a steady mailing address. My credit cards are all set on auto pay, however - never activated the auto pay and I had many issues with this. If my payment was due I would typically pay online, or over the phone. In - - I never received notice that I had an outstanding bill due. Finally, well after the payment was due and after I was reported to the credit bureau I received notice that I had a payment due. The minimum payment was for about $120.00, to show good faith and make sure they knew I was not trying to dodge my bills I paid $1000.00. I was told my account was in good standing an no further issues.
