In the past 2 month, after receiving - and - bills, I was forced to call so-called Customer Service and explained why finance charges appearing on the each of those bills should not have being accessed. Each time finance charges was credited back to the account and each time I was promised that similar charges will not appear on the next bill. And low-and-behold, these finance charges were on the each and every next bill, including latest, - bill!
