Navient continually calls and sends mail harassing me despite the fact that I have advised them in writing and via telephone that I am represented by an attorney. I am a - individual and wish for the harassment to cease. They have repeatedly argued with me and badgered me via telephone despite the fact that I have told them I am unemployed and can not pay. I attempted to make payments several times and despite the fact that they said they would not, they still turned by account over for collection.
