PNC Bank Bank account or service department,

- accounts were opened under my name without my authorization. When I inquired about the accounts with the bank, the bank presented me with an authorization card with a signature purporting to be mine. I never signed the document they presented. I have been waiting for the results of their internal investigation for over two months and have not received any information from the bank as to who forged my signature or why those accounts were opened.
