- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I advised Transunion that I did not authorize or provide the above-referenced businesses and institutions permission to inquire about my credit status, and the continued presence of such inquiries on my credit report constitutes inaccurate information, which under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( " FCRA '' ), must be removed subsequent to their reinvestigation as set forth in Section 1681i which requires Transunion to reinvestigate each and every disputed item and to complete the reinvestigation or delete the disputed item within one month. Furthermore, as further required by Section 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ), Transunion should provide me with, " a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available. '' In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ]. Lastly, pursuant to Sections 1681i, subdivisions ( a ) ( 6 ) ( A ) & ( B ), I had Transunion to provide me a copy of my report, reflecting the results of your reinvestigation " not later than 5 business days after the completion of the reinvestigation. '' TransUnion advised me that they would not initiate a dispute.
