I am filing this complaint because Sterling Jewelers/ Kay - is excessive in their attempts to collect on my account. They call me in excess of 20 plus times a day and leave several messages about the account. They sometimes call several times within the same minute from various numbers. I am not able to talk on the phone at work and I have come back to - missed calls within a 4 hour period.
