My mortgage servicer has unfairly denied my application for a loan modification. They made an error in the utilization of income and they denied the modification based on only a portion of the income calculated. This decision was appealed and SPS reviewed the file again and once again denied the modification. The denial was contradictory and was disputed. I have not received a written final denial in violation of the - guidelines.
