TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report California

I applied for my free credit report from Transunion using the government form from annual credit report.com and sent it in and got back the stock we can not find you but to provided documents which is did and they are my latest paycheck stub and my latest bank statement showing my current address and I get back a stock letter staying proof is unacceptable as it was to old? so how can the current pay check stub and bank statement not current and requesting to sent in the same documents why? can I get my report I provided the information and Transunion can find me with out any problem and again every year I have this issue why is the government allowing these companies get away with this type of behavior and have so much control over our information
